Project Overview

This case study outlines the Vastu rectification journey of a rice mill project located in Ambala, Haryana. The property had a complex past — the original father-son owners passed away, and the site was later taken over by the bank. Eventually, it was acquired by our client.

Despite being North-facing (generally considered auspicious), the site had several critical Vastu flaws that needed urgent intervention. Mr. Satish Gupta & Mr. Yash Gupta conducted a comprehensive Vastu inspection on 30th August 2018.

Vastu Observations & Recommended Rectifications
gal-1
Blocked North-East Zone
A staircase was constructed in the North-East — a zone that should remain open, clean, and obstruction-free.
Action Taken
Demolished the staircase to release the blocked energy.
gal-1
Imbalanced South-East Zone
An ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) was installed in the South-East, leading to elemental imbalance.
Action Taken
The ETP was closed and the area was filled.
gal-1
Disproportionate Boundary Walls
The South boundary wall was lower than the North side — disrupting zone hierarchy and protection.
Action Taken
Increased the height of the South boundary wall to restore balance.

Follow-up Visit
gal-1

Mr. Satish Gupta and Mr. Yash Gupta conducted a follow-up visit to Mr. Narender’s rice mill site.

  • The site exhibited significant positive transformation, with operations beginning to align smoothly.
  • All Vastu recommendations had been fully implemented, resulting in renewed clarity and momentum.
  • A major highlight — the client successfully acquired an additional 6 acres of land towards the East, marking a strong sign of expansion and progress.
