This case study outlines the Vastu rectification journey of a factory unit in IMT Manesar, Gurugram. The business was facing multiple challenges, including:

  • Financial troubles
  • Delays in payment recoveries
  • Internal theft issues
  • Stagnation in operations

To address these issues, Mr. Satish Gupta & Mr. Yash Gupta conducted a detailed Vastu inspection on 19th November 2018. The site was South-East facing (a sensitive direction in Vastu) and had several critical imbalances.

Vastu Observations & Recommended Rectifications

Blocked North-East Zone
A generator was placed in the North-East, along with clutter and heavy machinery, blocking the flow of intellectual and financial energy.
Action Taken
  • Generator was relocated to a suitable zone.
  • North-East area was cleaned and kept light.
  • Heavy machinery was shifted to the South-West and South zones.

Incorrect Staff Orientation
Employees were seated facing South, which is against Vastu principles and affects productivity.
Action Taken
All staff seating was reoriented to face North, improving focus and efficiency.

Design & Colour Imbalance
Blue-colored cabinets and furniture were present in the workspace, which is unsuitable for commercial settings as per Vastu.
Action Taken
Blue elements were replaced with yellow shades to promote mental clarity and prosperity.
